Jermaine Jamison & Katie Perry co-founded the firm to change what people expect from external recruiters.

Both came from a global staffing background and saw the same pattern: recruiters had become resume-pushers. We wanted a firm that treated hiring as a judgment problem, not a volume problem — one grounded in transparency, integrity, and genuine two-way advocacy.

Eleven years in, that's still the work. We take fewer searches than we could. We say no to engagements that aren't a fit. We put the time into understanding the business before we put any time into sourcing the people.
