Systems Administrator
Job Description:
Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet and Intranet systems
Maintain system efficiency
Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together
Troubleshoot problems reported by users
Make recommendations for future upgrades
Maintain network and system security
Analyze and isolate issues
Maintain integrity of network, server deployment, and security
Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services
Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, software deployment, security updates and patches
Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures

Experience supporting and implementing Cisco switches and IOS
Working knowledge of DNS, WINS, and DHCP and appropriate troubleshooting and administration skills
Specify and maintain security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems in accordance with company and industry standards
Experience supporting modern iSCSI SAN storage architectures and data replication technologies
Working knowledge of virtualization technologies, especially VMware product suite
Experience using scripting or system automation tools to streamline maintenance tasks and maintain configuration standards
Expert knowledge of the Windows Server platform and operating system including installation, performance tuning, system security, and capacity planning
Experience managing Skype for Business in a multi-site environment
Experience with Office 365 suite
Experience with SQL database with triggers and stored procedures
Tier III and supplemental desktop support experience
Bachelor of Science Degree in IT or a related field and related experience
